Denver Crawlspace Pros is a locally owned and operated crawlspace encapsulation and repair company serving Denver and the surrounding metropolitan area. We specialize exclusively in below-grade moisture management — crawlspace encapsulation, vapor barrier installation, mold remediation, dehumidifier installation, insulation replacement, and structural repair. What We Install

Every encapsulation system we install is specified for Denver's conditions:

• Foundation vent sealing: Rigid foam insert with spray foam perimeter for all existing foundation vents.

Warranty

Every encapsulation we install carries two warranties:

• 25-Year Stego Wrap Material Warranty: Stego Industries warrants their 20-mil reinforced vapor barrier against material defects for 25 years. This is among the strongest material warranties available for crawlspace vapor barriers.
• 10-Year Denver Crawlspace Pros Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee all installation work — seaming, wall attachment, vent sealing, dehumidifier installation — for 10 years. If any portion of our workmanship fails, we return and correct it at no charge.
